Barrington is conveniently located in the suburb of Spreydon, just a 10 minute drive from Christchurch CBD. The centre is easily accessible by car, bus, taxi and bike.

Our friendly team can provide you with a wide range of helpful information about the centre, including gift voucher sales and lost property. The Centre Management Office is located upstairs between Subway and Maxwell’s Dry Cleaner.

The bathroom facilities at Barrington are located down the corridor to the left of Moda Bella. This is also where the Parents Room is located. We work hard to ensure our toilets are kept clean and tidy for our customers and thank our dedicated cleaning team for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

We have a number of mobility parking spaces conveniently near wheelchair ramps for easy access to the centre. We also have a complimentary wheelchair available for hire — just book it at the FreshChoice Customer Service Desk.

The Barrington parents room is a family-friendly space designed for caregivers with young children. The room is equipped with private and comfortable feeding areas, a baby change table, a microwave, a fenced toddler play area and a toddler toilet. The parents room is located down the corridor to the left of Moda Bella.

Barrington has four ATMs conveniently located throughout the centre:
- ANZ – located in the concourse directly outside Dollarama.
- ASB – located between Mosaic Café and Maxwell’s Drycleaning.
- BNZ – located inside the BNZ branch.
- Westpac – two available: one inside the Westpac branch and one external ATM accessible outside centre trading hours.

Barrington has approximately 600 free customer carparks. With three entrance ways into the centre, there are lots of convenient parking options available ranging from P30, P60 and P180. For our customers’ convenience, Barrington also has accessible and parent parking located at the key entrance points into the centre.
Gift Cards
Barrington gift cards are available to purchase from the Centre Management Office, located upstairs between Subway and Maxwell’s Dry Cleaner. Gift cards can be redeemed at any of the 50+ stores in the centre and can be loaded with any amount from $5 to $999.
Gift cards expire 3 years from the date of purchase. They’re popular for birthdays, Christmas, thank-you gifts, prizes for sports teams, and as gratefully received donations to charitable organisations.
